Returns & Refunds

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g. Toothbrush Set) are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@takubox.co.uk. If your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps and let you know where to send your package.

Return Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the postage of return shipments, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damages & Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at info@takubox.co.uk, including:
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Your order number / purchase details

Once we have reviewed your case, we will provide detailed instructions for returning your item(Postage will be covered by us).

You can then choose either:
A replacement item, or full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 days.
