1. General Information

By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
Colours and dimensions may vary slightly from product images due to manufacturing differences.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods provided at checkout.
4. Shipping
Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days (Free on orders over £30).
We currently only ship within the UK. International shipping may be added in future.
Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.
5. Returns & Refunds
Customers may return items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after we receive the returned item.
Certain products (e.g. perishable goods, hygiene items like toothbrush set, chopsticks and bottles) cannot be returned for health/safety reasons.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will cover the return postage and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
